Sub-processor List

Wealthica serves both individual users and Enterprise Clients. This sub-processor list applies exclusively to Wealthica's B2B services. It includes only vendors that process personal data belonging to Enterprise Clients' end-users as part of delivering the Wealthica services. Vendors used solely for Wealthica's own business operations (such as billing, CRM, marketing, or internal tools) are not sub-processors under our DPA and are outside the scope of this list. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in our Data Processing Agreement, and have been assessed to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Our third-party management processes are reviewed as part of our annual SOC 2 Type II audit. A copy of our SOC 2 report is available to Enterprise Clients upon request. We provide at least 30 days' advance notice of material changes to this list.
