Wealthica Update #32: National Bank, Manulife GRS and more!

What’s new…

We’ve been busy fixing bugs and making updates to make your investment journey smoother than a freshly paved road.

The newest version of the mobile app is available on the App Store and Play Store, so please be sure to update to the latest version: 2.4.0.

We’ve optimized the dashboard performance as well, and users should see quicker loading and smoother navigation.

We fixed a few stock ticker symbol issues, and in case you have any issues with this, let us know as we are quick with resolving these type of issues.

What we fixed…

This week, we released a fix for National Bank Online Banking, and we are seeing higher sync rates. If you still experience issues, please let us know. Also, we pushed new patches for CI Direct Trading, and we are verifying with affected users if the issue is still present and what are the next steps.

We’ve published a fix that affected some Manulife GRS where users were not able to connect this institution on the mobile app due to the optional account number field. Everyone should be able to connect now on both mobile and web-app.

What we’re working on…

We’ll be publishing a new mobile application updates next week with bug fixes, as well as to bring Plaid connectors to the app.

Regarding connectors, we are still investigating an issue with IA Financial Group, due to their portal change. Our dev. team found the root cause of the issue, and we are working on implementing the changes, this has been prioritized. We are currently working on an issue with BMO Nesbitt Burns, if you are interested in helping us fix this issue, please let us know! Also, our team is working on adding newly introduced 2FA support in IG Wealth Management. Users who didn’t enable this option still connect normally on Wealthica.

We are currently investigating reports that select users are having connectivity issues with BMO Online Banking (Yodlee and Plaid versions). The rates we see are at acceptable levels, so we are investigating what percentage of users are currently being affected. Please try both versions, and if you are experiencing issues, let us know.
