Resolved: TD WebBroker and EasyWeb- Sync Issue

⚠️ TD WebBroker and EasyWeb- Sync Issue (Active July 13, 2021)

TD WebBroker syncs are currently being rate-limited by the institution and so syncs may not work all of the time if too many accounts try to sync at once. Please do not run the sync multiple times as this amplifies the problem. Wait a few hours and make sure you hit sync now only once. TD EasyWeb is also experiencing sync issues.

Our team is currently working on a fix for the TD WebBroker connection issue. A fix has been deployed and the team will continue to improve the connection quality. Our third party provider is also investigating the TD EasyWeb issue. For TD WebBroker, users may need to re-enter 2FA to re-establish the connection. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
