What we fixed…
This week, we released a fix attempt for CI Direct Investing (Virtual Brokers), please try reconnecting it in your Wealthica, and let us know if you still experience issues. Also, we are working on a few other fixes for Manulife Securities, so if you experience issues with it, let us know and we will investigate. Besides institutions, we released a few dashboard performance updates and your navigation through it should be very smooth. If you notice any dashboard issues, please let us know.
What we’re working on…
Regarding connectors, we are still working on IA Financial Group and Aligned Capital Partners. For IA, our team is investigating the issue and we will update our status page with all developments. Aligned Capital changed their bank provider, and we are working on implementing these changes.
Also, this week a couple of users reported some issues with RBC DI. We are still investigating the cause of this problem. It doesn’t affect all users, and syncs are high, but if you experience issues, please let us know.
As always, you automatically benefit from all Crypto API features released by our partner Vezgo. They just released fixes and major platform stability improvements. We’re unstoppable! (Okay, maybe just slightly stoppable, but we’re trying our best!).
