What we fixed…
We’ve been busy fixing bugs and making updates to make your investment journey as smooth as possible. This week, we were very busy fixing multiple connector issues, and we were quite successful with it! We are excited to announce that we fixed the TD WebBroker issue, which was present for a while, and we received a lot of positive feedback for it! Also, we released a fix that should handle the new 2FA screen on Gestion Férique properly. We also polished up the Google sheets power-up, which had an issues with automatic updates. Our dev. team found the bug and it’s now running automatically. Finally, we fixed the issue with new 2FA option in Fidelity Investments Canada, and syncs are at 100% now (amazing!)
We fixed a few stock ticker symbol issues as well.
What we’re working on…
Regarding connectors, we are investigating a small issue that affects some CIBC Investors Edge users. Most accounts sync fine, and if you experience issues, we are working on a fix! Some users have had success syncing on the web app rather than on the mobile app. We are still working on handling the new FTQ 2FA screen. The dev. team made some progress, and we will update our Status page with all developments! Canaccord Genuity is another connector that we are working on; it has a minor issue with 2FA, and our team has already made some progress, and we expect the fix soon. Also, our data team is working on a couple of data issues where some users reported that certain accounts are missing from their institution.
As always, you automatically benefit from all Crypto API features released by our partner Vezgo. They just released fixes and major platform stability improvements. We’re unstoppable! (Okay, maybe just slightly stoppable, but we’re trying our best!).
