Wealthica Update #16: Transactions tab fix, support ticket issue resolved.

Hey Wealthica users!

What we fixed…

We’ve been busy fixing bugs and making updates to make your investment journey smoother. We found a bug with our ticketing system which left some tickets from the past unanswered, so we’ve been busy answering all users that haven’t got a reply and fixing their problems! Reminder: usual response time from the Wealthica team is 1 business day!

We are continuously improving our mobile application, and new updates are coming frequently, so make sure that you are running the latest version of the app!

We had a small bug with exchange rates, which we quickly fixed! Exchange rate history from 31 Jan 2023 to 28 Feb 2023 is now restored for all currencies. Some users who were experiencing with the Transactions tab should also see this issue has been resolved.

We’ve also made internal changes to the API and app side.

What is not done yet

We’ll be publishing a new mobile application updates next week with bug fixes, as well as to bring Plaid connectors to the app.

On the connector end, we are working on an issue with the AGF connector not syncing properly. We’re also happy to announce that we are currently testing an updated Manulife Securities connector, which has been blocked for a while.

We’ve made progress with Fidelity Investments, and we continue to work with the users who have added their account to the staging environment to help us finish the last bit of troubleshooting.

We’re investigating an issue with FTQ where users report not receiving an SMS code from FTQ when fixing credentials. Adding as a new institution seems to be working as expected.

We are also investigating a report that a user was seeing Holdings show double cash values in Categories.

As always, you automatically benefit from all Crypto API features released by our partner Vezgo. They just released fixes and major platform stability improvements. We’re unstoppable! (Okay, maybe just slightly stoppable, but we’re trying our best!).
