🚀 Improved Budget Display & Totals
- Column Reorder: The “Actual” column now appears first, followed by “Budget” for better clarity.
- Corrected Final Totals: Fixed an issue where total calculations were incorrect, ensuring accurate financial summaries.
- Folder Visibility: Folders are now always visible, even when the “Show categories without transactions” option is disabled.
📂 Category & Folder Enhancements
- “Ignored” Category Improvements:
- The “Ignored” category is now at the top of the selection list, making it easier to access.
- Resolved an issue that prevented setting a transaction to “Ignored.”
- A new “Ignored Transactions” list has been added at the top to verify that no transactions are overlooked.
- Sorted Categories: Categories are now properly sorted in dropdowns and the editing list for easier navigation.
- Category Searching: A new search bar helps you quickly locate specific categories.
- Folder & Category Ordering: Folders and categories are now sorted alphabetically, and categories are displayed as “FolderName – CategoryName”.
- Category Edits & “No Folder” Option: Fixed an issue where some categories weren’t saving, and added the ability to remove a category from a folder by selecting “No folder”.
📊 Improved Budgeting & Currency Handling
- Budget Goal Tooltip: Added a hover tooltip explaining that Budget Goals can only be set for the current month.
- User Currency Totals: “Total in CAD” has been replaced with “Total in USER_CURRENCY” for a more personalized experience.
- Future Transactions Conversion: Fixed an issue where the most recent exchange rate wasn’t applied correctly to future transactions.
📈 Better Expense Tracking & Interface
- Expenses Chart Accuracy: Percentage values in the Expenses Chart are now displayed with precise decimal values (unrounded) for better accuracy.
- Transaction Popup: The transaction popup is now wider, making it easier to read and interact with.
- Transaction Folder Search: You can now search by folder when selecting a category for your transactions.
- Currency Optimization: Improved support for three-symbol currency codes (e.g., “AUD”, “AED”).
