We’ve been busy making improvements behind the scenes to keep your Wealthica experience smooth and reliable. Here’s the latest roundup of what we fixed and what we’re still working on:
✅ Fixes
Power-Up subscriptions
Some users were experiencing issues where their Power-Up subscriptions weren’t being recognized correctly. This caused interruptions in access to certain features. We’ve rolled out a fix, and everything should now be back to normal.
Positions for connectors
With recent infrastructure updates, there were cases where positions weren’t displaying as expected across certain connectors. We identified the issue, made the necessary adjustments, and positions should now appear correctly again.
RBC Online Banking
RBC Online Banking connector was failing for some users, preventing accounts from refreshing. We’ve fixed the connector so your RBC balances and transactions should sync properly going forward.
TD EasyWeb
A connection issue with TD EasyWeb was blocking updates and transactions for some users. This problem has been resolved, and TD EasyWeb accounts should now connect and refresh without errors.
Desjardins AccèsD
We’ve fixed the issue impacting Desjardins AccèsD users. Accounts should now connect properly and update balances and transactions as expected.
Scotiabank (Online & McLeod) – SMS 2FA support
We’ve added support for Scotiabank SMS-based two-factor authentication, and users can now authenticate and refresh their accounts successfully.

Rogers Bank
We’re aware of ongoing issues with Rogers Bank connections. Our team is in active contact with our connection provider to get this fixed as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you posted on progress on our Status page!
Desjardins VMD (2FA support)
We’re working on adding support for the updated two-factor authentication (2FA) flow at Desjardins VMD. Until this is complete, some users may face difficulties connecting.
