We’ve rolled out another round of fixes and improvements to restore connectivity and improve reliability across several institutions. Here’s what’s included in this update:
✅ Fixes
National Bank Independent Network (MyPortfolio+)
The outage affecting MyPortfolio+ has been resolved. Connections should now be restored, and accounts should sync normally again.
TD WebBroker – Transaction Import
We fixed an issue that was preventing transactions from importing correctly for TD WebBroker accounts. Transactions should now appear as expected after refresh.
Sun Life – OTP Support
We’ve added support for Sun Life’s one-time password (OTP) authentication flow. Users should now be able to complete authentication and refresh their accounts successfully.
Canaccord – 2FA Issue
A problem with two-factor authentication for Canaccord accounts has been fixed. Connections should now complete without errors.
Wealthsimple – OAuth Connection
We resolved an issue affecting Wealthsimple OAuth connections that caused refresh or authentication failures. Accounts should now reconnect and sync properly.
Transaction Rules – Deletion Issue
An issue preventing some users from deleting transaction rules has been fixed. Transaction rules can now be managed and removed as expected.

Rogers Bank
The ongoing Rogers Bank issue is related to our connection provider. We’re actively working with them to restore full functionality as soon as possible.
Canada Life
We’ve made several updates to the Canada Life connector. Users experiencing issues are encouraged to try reconnecting their accounts while we continue working toward a full resolution.
Equate Plus (formerly Computershare Employee)
Some users are experiencing syncing issues with Equate Plus accounts. We’re currently investigating and working on a fix.
Desjardins & SFL Investments
There is an ongoing outage affecting Desjardins and SFL investment accounts. We’re investigating the issue and working on a full resolution.
Manulife VIP Room
We’re aware of connection issues affecting Manulife VIP Room accounts and are actively working to resolve them.
