We’ve rolled out a new batch of fixes to improve reliability and accuracy across multiple connectors. Here’s what’s new this week:
✅ Fixes
DFS Invest and SFL (Desjardins)
We’ve fixed connection issues affecting both DFS Invest and SFL, which are part of the Desjardins group. Accounts should now connect and refresh properly, with up-to-date balances and positions.
EQ Bank
A recent issue preventing some EQ Bank accounts from updating has been resolved. Connections should now work as expected, with transactions and balances syncing normally.
Interactive Brokers
We addressed a few syncing inconsistencies and data refresh problems for Interactive Brokers accounts. The connector has been stabilized, and portfolio data should now display accurately in your Wealthica dashboard.
Wealthsimple – Account Balances
Some users were seeing outdated or incorrect balances for their Wealthsimple accounts. We’ve identified and fixed the cause, and balances should now appear correctly after refresh.
Dashboard Holdings Display
An issue where some users’ holdings were not appearing in the dashboard view has been fixed. Holdings should now load and display properly again.
TD EasyWeb
We’ve resolved a problem affecting TD EasyWeb account refreshes and transaction syncing. The connector is now working normally.

Rogers Bank
We’re continuing to work with our connection provider on the ongoing Rogers Bank issue. We’ll share updates as soon as it’s resolved.
Canada Life
Some users are still unable to connect to Canada Life accounts. We are working on implementing a fix, but there is no ETA at the moment.
Sun Life
A subset of Sun Life users continue to face connection problems. The issue has been escalated, and we’re working to restore full functionality.
Qtrade and Wealthsimple – USD Transactions
A few users are experiencing problems with USD transactions not appearing or syncing correctly for Qtrade and Wealthsimple accounts. We implemented fixes, but are still monitoring the situation.
