🚀 Product Update: Fixes for Tangerine, EQ Bank, Sun Life, OAuth Connectors

We’ve rolled out several important fixes to improve connection stability and ensure your data continues to sync accurately across all platforms. Here’s the latest:

✅ Fixes

EQ Bank
A recent issue preventing EQ Bank accounts from refreshing correctly has been resolved. Balances and transactions should now sync normally.

Sun Life
We fixed a connection problem affecting Sun Life users. Accounts should now update successfully with accurate, up-to-date information.

Wealthica OAuth Connectors (Wealthsimple, Questrade)
Several OAuth-based connectors were experiencing authentication or syncing issues. These have now been fixed, and accounts using OAuth—such as Wealthsimple and Questrade—should refresh without errors.

Tangerine
We resolved a syncing issue impacting some Tangerine connections. The connector should now function reliably.

TD WebBroker
An issue affecting TD WebBroker account updates and transaction retrieval has been fixed. TD WebBroker users should now see consistent and accurate data syncing.

🔧 Still working on

Rogers Bank
The ongoing Rogers Bank connection issue is related to a problem with our connection provider. We’re actively working with them to resolve it as soon as possible.

Canada Life
Some users continue to experience connection issues with Canada Life. We’re investigating and working toward a fix.

National Bank Independent Network (MyPortfolio+)
National Bank MyPortfolio+ is currently experiencing an outage. We’re working on a fix for this issue.
