Here\u2019s the latest roundup of what we fixed and what we\u2019re still working on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rtoc-1\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Fixes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Power-Up subscriptions<\/strong><br>Some users were experiencing issues where their Power-Up subscriptions weren\u2019t being recognized correctly. This caused interruptions in access to certain features. We\u2019ve rolled out a fix, and everything should now be back to normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Positions for connectors<\/strong><br>With recent infrastructure updates, there were cases where positions weren\u2019t displaying as expected across certain connectors. We identified the issue, made the necessary adjustments, and positions should now appear correctly again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RBC Online Banking<\/strong><br>RBC Online Banking connector was failing for some users, preventing accounts from refreshing. We\u2019ve fixed the connector so your RBC balances and transactions should sync properly going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TD EasyWeb<\/strong><br>A connection issue with TD EasyWeb was blocking updates and transactions for some users. This problem has been resolved, and TD EasyWeb accounts should now connect and refresh without errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desjardins Acc\u00e8sD<\/strong><br>We\u2019ve fixed the issue impacting Desjardins Acc\u00e8sD users. Accounts should now connect properly and update balances and transactions as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scotiabank (Online &amp; McLeod) \u2013 SMS 2FA support<\/strong><br>We\u2019ve added support for Scotiabank SMS-based two-factor authentication, and users can now authenticate and refresh their accounts successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rtoc-2\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd27 Still working on<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rogers Bank<\/strong><br>We\u2019re aware of ongoing issues with Rogers Bank connections. Our team is in active contact with our connection provider to get this fixed as quickly as possible. We\u2019ll keep you posted on progress on our Status page!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desjardins VMD (2FA support)<\/strong><br>We\u2019re working on adding support for the updated two-factor authentication (2FA) flow at Desjardins VMD.
